    Refund requests must be made within 30 days of receipt.
    Items requested for a refund must be unused, complete, and in their original packaging.
    Please retain proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation email or receipt, to facilitate the refund process.
  2. Refund Request Procedure
    To request a refund, please follow the steps below:
    Contact our Customer Service team by emailing support@aarcobsupplies.online, stating the reason for the refund and including your order number and proof of purchase.
    We will respond within 3 business days of receiving your request to confirm your refund eligibility and guide you through the return process.
  3. Product Returns
    Once your refund request has been confirmed, you must ship the item back to the address we specify (please contact Customer Service to confirm the exact address).
    Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and we recommend using a tracked shipping method. We are not responsible for undelivered return packages.
  4. Refund Processing
    Once we receive the returned item and confirm it qualifies for a refund, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
    The refund amount will be credited back to the original payment method used. The time it takes to reach your account may vary depending on your bank, but it typically takes 3-5 business days.
  5. Non-Refundable Items
    The following items are not eligible for refunds:
    The product has been used or opened.
    The refund request period (30 days) has expired.
    Any custom or personalized product.
  6. Returns and Exchanges
    For exchanges, please follow the same refund request process. Once confirmed, you will receive the replacement item. Shipping costs for the exchange are the customer’s responsibility.
